Citizen
The Citizen membership level offers extensive rights and privileges in the Nubania Universe. A Citizen can post text, images, audio and video, and comments. They can follow, acquire friends, and engage in chats.
A Citizen automatically becomes Royalty when they obtain a country, or a Mayor when they obtain a city.
A Citizen does not have an official title since titles are reserved for the Mayor and Royalty levels.
